| QuickBooks | OAuth | Syncs accounting data for reconciliation and financial reporting |
| Slack | OAuth | Sends notifications and alerts to your Slack workspace |
| HubSpot | OAuth | Connects CRM data for counterparty and deal tracking |
Setting Up an Integration
Plaid
- Navigate to Settings then Integrations
- Click Connect next to Plaid
- The Plaid Link dialog opens - search for your bank
- Log in with your bank credentials and authorize access
- Select which accounts to connect
- TreasuryPath begins syncing balances and transactions automatically
Plaid connections include automatic sync tracking for both accounts and transactions. If a connection becomes stale or requires re-authentication, you will see a Reconnect Required indicator.
Airwallex
- Navigate to Settings then Integrations
- Click Connect next to Airwallex
- Enter your Airwallex API key
- Select the entity to associate with this connection
- TreasuryPath connects to your Airwallex account and imports wallets, global accounts, and linked accounts
Airwallex accounts go through their own lifecycle:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Created | Account has been created but not yet activated |
| Active | Account is fully operational |
| Suspended | Account has been temporarily suspended |
| Action Required | Additional steps are needed to activate or restore the account |

Slack does not require an entity association, unlike bank and payment integrations.

- Authorize TreasuryPath in your HubSpot account
- The integration syncs deal and contact data for counterparty management
HubSpot does not require an entity association.
Integration Health
Each integration setup tracks its connection health:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Healthy | The integration is connected and syncing normally |
| Disconnected | The connection has been lost and needs re-establishment |
| Reconnect Required | Authentication has expired and the integration needs re-authorization |
You can view the health of all integrations from the Settings > Integrations page.
Trusted Domains
For security, TreasuryPath maintains a list of trusted domains that integrations can interact with. Your workspace can configure up to 50 trusted domains. Wildcard patterns (e.g., *.example.com) are supported.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I connect multiple accounts from the same bank?
Yes. A single Plaid connection can include multiple accounts from the same institution. You select which accounts to connect during the Plaid Link flow.
What happens if a connection breaks?
If a connection becomes disconnected (e.g., due to a password change at the bank), the integration status changes to Reconnect Required. You will see a notification prompting you to re-authenticate. Existing data is preserved; only new syncs are paused until reconnection.
Can I disconnect an integration?
Yes. You can disconnect any integration from the Settings page. Disconnecting stops future syncs but preserves all previously synced data.
How often does data sync?
Sync frequency varies by integration. Plaid syncs balances and transactions automatically. Airwallex syncs on API calls. Manual connections require you to update data yourself.
Do all integrations require an entity?
No. Slack and HubSpot integrations are workspace-level and do not require an entity association. Bank and payment integrations (Plaid, Airwallex) are typically associated with a specific entity.
