Illustrative conversation with fictional names and sample data.

01 How it works

Three steps. Zero context-switching.

1

Tag it in

Message Optix directly, or mention @Optix in a channel where it has been added. It can use up to 20 prior messages from the thread for context.

2

It queries your data

Optix runs the TreasuryPath analyst agent against your live workspace: balances, forecasts, payments, FX, covenants.

3

You get the answer

Get an AI-generated answer in Slack, then follow up in the same thread. Ask for a CSV, Excel, or PDF export when you need a report.

Not a generic chatbot.
A treasury analyst.

Optix runs the same analyst agent that powers the TreasuryPath dashboard. It understands accounts, entities, currencies, forecasts, payments, covenants, and risk thresholds.

Real-time analyst agent

Not a lookup tool. Optix runs the full TreasuryPath analyst agent against your live data: balances, forecasts, payments, FX, and covenants.

05 Channel controls

Sensitive answers go to a DM.

Companies can enable DM redirect so answers stay private. Members choose per-channel: allow once, always allow, or deny. If an answer was redirected, a one-click button shares it back to the channel.

06 Enterprise-ready

Your data stays yours.

Verified Slack requests

TreasuryPath verifies incoming Slack requests before processing messages and actions.

Company-scoped access

Data is scoped to the company you pick. Members only see what their TreasuryPath role allows.

Auto-mapped users

Matching email addresses link Slack users to TreasuryPath members. Workspace admins can manage verified links. Financial data requires a linked account.

Full audit trail

Every question, response, and insight delivery logged. Chats detach on company change to prevent data leakage.

Multiple companies? Pick one.

If your workspace has multiple TreasuryPath companies, Optix shows a dropdown to pick which one to query. Each thread stays scoped to that company.
